1. Introduction

These Community Guidelines govern your use of girlfriends.online ("Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). By using our Service, you agree to follow these guidelines. They are designed to ensure a safe, respectful, and enjoyable experience for all users. These guidelines supplement our Terms of Service and Blocked Content Policy.

2. Age Requirement

Our Platform is exclusively for adults aged 18 and older. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. Users who are found to be under 18 will have their accounts immediately terminated and all associated data deleted. See our Underage Policy for details.

3. Respectful Use

While our Platform provides AI-generated adult content and companion interactions, we expect all users to engage with the Service responsibly. Users should:

• Treat the Platform and its features with respect.
• Understand that AI companions are fictional characters generated by artificial intelligence and are not real persons.
• Not use the Platform as a substitute for professional mental health support, emergency services, or real human relationships.
• Report any concerns or issues through proper channels.

4. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on our Platform:

4.1 Minor Exploitation

• Any attempt to generate, request, or share content depicting minors in sexual or suggestive contexts.
• Any attempt to use the Platform to groom, exploit, or endanger minors.
• We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for CSAM and will report all violations to NCMEC and law enforcement.

4.2 Deepfakes and Impersonation

• Creating AI-generated intimate imagery intended to depict a specific real person without their consent.
• Uploading photographs or likeness references of real people (other than yourself) to generate intimate content.
• Creating characters designed to impersonate real individuals.

4.3 Non-Consensual Content

• Sharing or distributing intimate imagery of real persons without their consent.
• Using the Platform to create content for harassment, blackmail, or extortion.

4.4 Circumventing Safety Measures

• Attempting to bypass, disable, or circumvent content moderation systems or safety filters ("jailbreaking").
• Using prompt injection, encoding tricks, or other techniques to evade content restrictions.
• Exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities in our systems to generate prohibited content.

4.5 Violence and Harmful Content

• Content that promotes, glorifies, or encourages violence, self-harm, or suicide.
• Content that supports or promotes terrorism or extremist ideologies.
• Threats of violence against any individual or group.

4.6 Harassment and Hate Speech

• Content that attacks individuals or groups based on protected characteristics.
• Using the Platform to harass, stalk, or intimidate any person.
• Promoting hatred or discrimination in any form.

4.7 Platform Abuse

• Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Service without authorization.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our AI models or source code.
• Reselling, redistributing, or commercially exploiting the Service or its outputs without our written consent.
• Creating multiple accounts to evade suspensions or bans.

5. User Responsibility

You are responsible for the content you create on our Platform, including the prompts you submit and the AI-generated outputs you save, download, or share. While our AI systems generate the content, your inputs direct the generation process, and you bear responsibility for how you use the resulting outputs.

You agree not to use AI-generated content from our Platform in any manner that violates applicable laws, infringes on the rights of others, or causes harm to any individual.

6. Reporting Concerns

If you encounter content or behavior that violates these guidelines, please report it immediately by emailing [email protected]. We review all reports and take appropriate action. You will not face retaliation for making a good-faith report.

7. Enforcement

Violations of these Community Guidelines may result in the following actions, depending on the severity and nature of the violation:

• Warning: A formal notice for minor or first-time violations.
• Content removal: Immediate removal of content that violates these guidelines.
• Temporary suspension: Temporary restriction of account access for repeated or serious violations.
• Permanent termination: Permanent ban from the Platform without refund for severe violations, including CSAM, non-consensual imagery, or repeated offenses.
• Legal action: Referral to law enforcement and/or pursuit of legal remedies where appropriate.

We reserve the right to take any enforcement action at our sole discretion, without prior notice, when we determine that a violation has occurred.

8. Appeals

If you believe an enforcement action was taken against your account in error, you may submit an appeal by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Enforcement Appeal." Include your account email, a description of the action taken, and your reason for appeal. We will review all appeals and respond within 7 calendar days.

9. Changes to These Guidelines

We may update these Community Guidelines from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated guidelines on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated guidelines.
