4. Response Timeline

5. Counter-Notice
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district.
Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we will hold the process for 10-14 business days before restoring the content, unless the copyright owner files a court action.
6. Repeat Infringers
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright.
